Abstract
Tofacitinib for Patients without poor prognostic factors who have responded inadequately to or who have not tolerated prior treatment with a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (conventional synthetic DMARDs, including methotrexate). IQWiG concluded benefit not proven.
